Entry Fee: $100 Per person (4 max per boat)
Side Pot Fees: $20 (optional)
In celebration of the Laguna Marina’s grand opening we ask that all participants launch from Laguna Marina with lines in the water no earlier then 6:30 a.m. This tournament is open to both boat and kayak with no separate division. 4 person teams, boat teams are limited to 1 vessel while 4-person kayak team may operate on
individual kayaks but must remain in line of sight at all times.

Registration Opens: Monday, 09/15/2025 and closes 10/16/2025 @ 5:00 PM
(Late registration will be allowed at the Captains Meeting or Launch Check-in, for a fee of $25)

Tournament: Saturday, October 17th 2025 from 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Laguna Marina
Begins: Lines in the water at 6:30 a.m.
Required Launch Site: Laguna Marina, 4242 Laguna Shores Rd, Corpus Christi, Texas 78418
Weigh In: As early as noon, but you must be in line no later than 3:00 pm at Laguna Marina
Ends: At the sound of the horn from Laguna Marina at 3:00 pm
(as a safety precaution please check in by text (210-787-8758) upon return, fish or no fish)

(Cash payouts are contingent upon signups this is a total payout event)

Tournament Rules
1. All Participants must read and sign a waiver stating they understand and will follow all rules and stipulations of the tournament.
2. All Texas Parks & Wildlife laws apply.
3. Any participant caught in violation of TPWD law will be immediately disqualified and all winnings forfeited.
4. All fish must be taken by rod and reel only (no cast netting of fish, no sail lines, no trot lines)
5. Live & artificial bait allowed.
6. If your team chooses to wade fish they must all be in line of site. If you are on kayak you must be tethered to your kayak. Kayak teams must stay in lign of sight of their entire team for the duration of the tournament.
7. All fish must be caught during official tournament hours on the day of the event.
8. All fish will be inspected for freshness by the weigh master.
9. In the event of a tie by weight, weigh-in time will be the tie breaker.
10. Fish not meeting TPWD rules in measurements will be DISQUALIFIED and CANNOT be replaced with another fish.
11. NO OVERSIZED RED DRUM WILL BE WEIGHED IN, TAGGED OR NOT!
12. NO OVERSIZED TROUT WILL BE WEIGHED IN, TAGGED OR NOT!
13. Weigh master has final ruling on all fish related matters.
14. Sportsmanship, courtesy, safety, and conservation are expected from all participants.
15. Any participant found in violation of these rules and regulations will be subject to disqualification from this and all future
tournaments.
MEASUREMENT LIMITS
TROUT: 15” – 20”
REDFISH: 20” – 28”
FLOUNDER: 15” – No Limit
MOST SPOTS: Redfish caught with most spots. Size does not apply, tiebreakers are determined by time in.
